PPC Specialist (Middle +)
We're now looking for a middle+ PPC specialist with healthy work ethics and passion for Digital Marketing to reinforce the Acquisition unit of our Marketing Team. If you're that person, send us your CV and cover letter, and we will be back in touch!
- Create and upload ads to different advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.);
- Conduct day-to-day monitoring and optimization of ad accounts according to set KPIs;
- Create ad ROI reports on request using Google Analytics, MS Excel or other software;
- Suggest new ideas to improve or optimize ad performance.
- 3+ years of experience in digital-marketing as PPC-specialist;
- Confident knowledge of modern self-serve ad systems (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.);
- Experience working with bulk-editors: Google Editor, Bing Editor, etc.;
- Confident knowledge of Google Analytics 4 platform;
- Confident user of Google Spreadsheets or MS Excel: good understanding of formulas & functions;
- Marketing mindset and understanding of key marketing principles (conversion attribution, ROI reporting, AIDA, funnels, etc.).
- Fluent English.

- Google Ads Certificate;
- Knowledge of other languages will be a plus (Russian, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian);

Payment Specialist
We are looking for candidates who wish to start their career. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn about online payments on a global scale from a team of experts with many years of experience in the payments industry.
- Payment fraud monitoring using anti-fraud systems to decrease decline transactions balancing chargebacks levels and client friction.
- Review and reconcile partner accounts and company orders.
- Represent chargeback disputes to pursue loss recovery.
- Generate reports and conduct data analysis.
- English language (B1).
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
- 1-3 years of relevant experience either in finance or payments is a plus.

Backend Developer

- Improve the company project management methodology and processes;
- Various projects coordination based on company needs;
- Management of the project development team;
- Collecting, summarizing, and structuring the received information in the form of tasks in the task management system;
- Prioritization and distribution of tasks, control of task execution;
- Coordination of work throughout the development cycle;
- Interaction with external partners and service providers;
- Maintaining project documentation;
- Work in Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce systems.
